Cook root + "tayun" (Dittrichia viscosa) + olive branches + "maryameyeh" (Salvia fruticosa) + "sheba" (Artemisia arborescens); store in a closed pot. Patient stands in loose clothing over steam from pot as long as possible, then goes to bed & avoids getting cold.

Alhagi genus has species containing alkaloids & coumarin derivatives in twigs & roots. Historically/traditionally it was considered harmful to kidneys with use prohibited in acute fevers, smallpox, typhoid, bloody diarrhea & haemorrhage.
