Spread inside mouth.

1. In recipes for Triticum different parts of the wheat kernal, composed of 3 principal fractions, are used; bran (13-17%), germ or embryo (2-3%) & endosperm (80-85%), rich in starch.

Triticum aestivum can cause bowel obstruction in those with stenotic lesions of Gastrointestinal tract or with inadequate fluid intake. Do not take with anti-peristaltics.
